The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a n In Room Dining Server who share s a passion for excellence and who infuse s enthusiasm into everything they do. Our In Room Dining Servers have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge o f the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required .

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Greet guests, describe selected items to the guest using interesting, and vivid descriptions of the each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods; communicate options for removal of trays and dishware; respond to request for tray removal according to established time standards.
• Deliver food orders including any special needs or requests to the guest in-room, check completed kitchen orders with the order taker or guest’s original order; transport items to the guestroom in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality.

• Properly and accurately close guest checks securing room number and signature; properly settle voided checks or complimentary meals.
• Breakdown, clean and set-up of room service tables, condiment set-ups, flatware, dishware, and room service side stations.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.

WHAT TO BRING

• Ability to accurately read and work with computer systems .
• Ability to communicate professional and accurately
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage

• Minimum 1 year of food service or related work
• Strong Customer Service skills
