Robotics Technician Jobs

Our client takes a holistic approach to building robots; all components of the robots are developed in-house including motors, transmissions, sensors, electronics, controls, and AI. We are looking for an experienced Robotics Technician for our client. An ideal candidate has experience in robotics or industrial automation involving electrical and mechanical tasks. We are looking for someone who enjoys challenges and problem-solving. You will have the power to work independently as well as learn from the team and grow tremendously.

This is a hybrid role. While there is flexibility to regularly work from home, our client work with hardware, and as such, candidates need to be located in proximity to the office in Irving, Texas, USA. A relocation package will be provided to the candidates who are willing to relocate to Texas.

Candidate Requirements

• Be able to travel internationally (ability to get a passport)
• Bachelor's in electrical or mechanical engineering
• Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident/current Green Card holder
• Fundamental understanding of networking principles
• Knowledge of Robotics Operating System, Python scripting, Bash
• Knowledge of CAD, AutoCAD, Solidworks, and 3D printing
• Similar electromechanical maintenance experience, Linux administration, as well as Windows and Microsoft Office suite
• Travel up to 70%
