Process Engineer Jobs

Streamline Innovations, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer to lead the design and review process, design basis creation, critical data sheet review and overall process engineering design for the company. Responsibilities include process design and innovation, leading subordinate engineers and enhancing the efficiency of existing processes.

• Seek out efficiencies and incorporates design changes through feedback from field personnel
• Perform detailed process design calculations and process design simulations, prepares equipment and instrument data sheets, prepares process flow diagrams, and prepares piping and instrument flow diagrams; Audits, reviews and enhances existing documents and calculations
• Participate in start-up and technical service field assignments as needed
• Responsible for process engineering function and design iteration process including the development, detailing and design of gas treatment processes
• Prepares, develops, maintains and enforces engineering standards, procedures and policies
• Participate in Process Hazard Assessments or HAZOPS for new developed processes

Requirements

• Experience modeling processes using ProMax or HYSYS
• Reasonable knowledge in gas treatment or sulfur recovery processes
• Bachelor's Degree in mechanical, chemical, process engineering
• Proven leadership skills and proven communication skills
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in process engineering
