Job Description

This position is full-time, 40 hours per week; Monday - Friday day hours with occasional early morning or evening. Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To


  • Establishes goals and objectives for staff development programs including orientation.
  • Participates in new employee orientation representing Employee Health and Wellness.
  • Coordinate health and wellness trainings and activities for employees
  • Coordinates all clinical aspects of Employee Health Services and work comp management, including assessment and treatment of employee injuries/illnesses, post-offer screenings and occupational testing.
  • Conducts new hire screenings and annual employee health screenings; including but not limited to respirator fit testing, immunization updates and brief physical assessment.
  • Participate in and support service area activities/initiatives for targeted population.

Education And Experience Required


  • RN License with at least one year experience in hospital or clinic setting
