Wellness/ Health Coach - Bi-Lingual

INTEGRATED HEALTH 21, LLC is a national screening company and provider of on-site health and wellness screenings and flu shot clinics for corporations throughout the U.S. We are seeking additional Health Professionals as Registered Dietician, RN with excellent customer service and communication skills to work on a PRN/ As Needed, basis. This position is responsible for coordination, planning, and delivery of regional wellness programs including health awareness and educational campaigns, behavior change programs, health assessments and health screenings at designated client locations.

The successful candidate must present with:

• Field general health related questions and concerns from program participants.
• Facilitate individual and group behavior change programs including health improvement programs, one-on-one health coaching and meeting presentations.
• Registration/ Height/ Weight/ BMI, Waist circumference ; Blood Pressure manually
• Competence in motivational interviewing and engagement strategies.
• Must be bi-lingual, fluent in Spanish and English
• Present all participants with a positive and empathetic attitude to develop rapport.
• Venipuncture or Finger Stick using Cholestech or CardioChek analyzer
• Competence in all Screeners Specialists duties
  • Registration/ Height/ Weight/ BMI, Waist circumference ; Blood Pressure manually
  • Venipuncture or Finger Stick using Cholestech or CardioChek analyzer
  • Computer data entry
• Track participant and program data for measurement of individual and program goal achievement, onsite screenings and health promotion activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider required.
• Minimum two years in delivery and coordination of corporate-based health promotion programs
• Bi-lingual, fluent in Spanish and English is required
• Valid driver's license required, insured transportation, ability to travel up to 25% both locally and regionally including limited overnight travel.
• Experience in the areas of data collection, data analysis, and outcomes reporting in regards to health risk and status.
• Minimum BA or BS in Health Promotion, Exercise Physiology, Registered Dietician, Registered Nurse, or related field
