Job Description
Our company focuses on single and multifamily residential projects. We are seeking a REVIT Drafter/Interior Designer with strong REVIT knowledge and previous experience in Architecture. The position starts immediately!


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Obtain permit and violation records.
  • Move project forward to efficiently proceed to construction phase.
  • Expedite permits.
  • Conduct project expediting.
  • Resolve any violations.
  • Develop accurate as-built drawings.
  • Create in-office drafting.
  • Develop complete architect sheets with details.
  • Conduct on-site surveying and drafting.


Qualifications:


  • Highly detail-oriented.
  • Knowledge of architectural drafting standards and construction documentation.
  • 3+ years of REVIT experience.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, 3DMAX, Maya, Maxwell, and V-ray (or any rendering platform).
  • Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator, a plus!
  • 2+ years of REVIT Drafting experience.
  • Experience with as-built surveying and building entitlement procedures (preferred).
  • Knowledge of current CBC, general zoning code, and type V construction (preferred).
