Working with the AVP and the Sr. Vice Provost for Academic Affairs, the Director will foster the ongoing growth of the University’s recruitment priorities of both domestic (in-state and out-of-state) and international students, including market priority-setting, special programs both off-campus and on-campus, and budget considerations.
  • Directly supervise the work of 3 full time staff, including the leadership for undergraduate, graduate and online enrollment. The Director’s direct reports supervise the work of approximately 30 additional full time staff, who are divided by direct responsibility for specific targeted markets/demographics for recruitment. It is imperative that this highly capable staff is given strong support in prioritizing their efforts in travel, territory management, communication and marketing.
