Retail Supervisor - Sessions At The Lineup

JOB SUMMARY: Our Retail Supervisor is responsible for creating a welcoming, helpful and informative environment for customers in our retail shop and assisting management with operational tasks. We're looking for people who are confident, well spoken, and energetic. Ideal candidates will have a desire to create a good experience for our customers, support their coworkers, and achieve sales goals. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensuring a strong focus on customer service in a fast-paced environment Lead and assist in product management and loss prevention Suggestive selling and educating customers about products during consultations Opening and closing duties and operations Participate in floorsets to ensure flawless execution of visual merchandising standards Maintain a high level of integrity and accountability and expects the same from peer group WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Additional qualities we're looking for: Creative and detail oriented to ensure the store is always fresh, organized, and well stocked Ability to function independently while working cohesively with the other areas of the venue Assisting initiatives to create a sales driven culture within the store through daily coaching and support Ensure store is consistently recovered and customer ready everyday meeting brand standards on the sales floor and back-of-house Show our customers that we are product-focused and available to help navigate their own personal expression of an Outdoor Lifestyle Provide solutions and inspiration to customers in a fast-paced retail environment. Skills, knowledge and interest in surfing, stand-up paddling, kayaking, OC or other water sports is ideal but not required Japanese speaking would be a plus.
