Thoroughly clean guest rooms within prescribed Brand Standard guidelines.
Removing used bed linens and towels, replacing linens, making beds, cleaning the bathroom, replace all soaps and shampoos as needed, vacuuming and dusting.
Maintains the inventory of every item placed in guestrooms. This includes all cooking and guest amenities.
Communicates status of cleaned rooms to Housekeeping Supervisor. Return completed room assignments to a supervisor or manager before leaving.
Reports any lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor immediately, listing the room number or area where the item was found.
Reports any damaged or missing items to Maintenance and the Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor.
Reports exceptional and/or unusual circumstances, such as no luggage in a stay-over room, sleep-outs, damage in the rooms, etc. to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Keep hallways clear of all trash and Debris. Carts are to be kept to one side of the hallway at all times. Remove all Trash and Dirty rags that are to be brought down to the laundry room
Restocking your transport cart with supplies needed to clean your assigned rooms before leaving.
