• Ensure the quality of customer satisfaction;
• Develop the restaurant's turnover;
• Manage orders and stocks;
• Perform other related duties.
• Identify local suppliers;
• Ensure the implementation and production of dishes in accordance with the process in place;
• Manage the team and organize the catering service;
• Ensure and enforce compliance with health and safety standards;
• Propose daily specials in agreement with the director of the establishment;

Profile

• Have a first successful experience in catering
• Good stress management during busy periods
• Be available, responsive and use your interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate flexibility and versatility
• Want to juggle between the field and the management of the catering service

Working conditions

• Work schedule: full time; day, evening and weekend
• Possibility of accommodation on site, depending on availability
• Start date: from May 2023
• Employment status: temporary
