Head Floor Supervisor Jobs

We need a qualified head floor supervisor that is willing to split time between buildings on opposite days.

Some details below. Be advised pay rate will start at $22+ PH for a qualified highly skilled individual only.

Shift start time between 7-8 daily.

40 hours a week with possible OT

Vacation pay after 60 day probationary period

Roll over after 4-6 months

Yearly reviews

Hands on experience willing to train and be trained.

Must be accountable for all work done and willing to hold all direct reports accountable.

Knowledge of safety in a daily 3PL WH operation.

Major Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to)

• Must achieve customer KPI requirements for shipping and order processing.
• Maintain key relationships with partners and customers.
• Planning, monitoring, and following-up to ensure shipments are processed and completed per company standards.
• Inform Management of issues that may arise and might require escalation.
• Review and understand customer specific Vendor Compliance & Routing/Shipping Instructions.
• Ensure all small parcel shipments are processed correctly and on time.
• Must meet all shipping compliance standards of customers to ensure “0” charge backs.
• Coordinate with customer service who will work with carriers to ensure timely pickup of daily shipments.
• Coordinate with customer service to ensure all shipments are prepared and shipped according to Vendor Compliance and Routing Guides.
• Must manage labor to meet productivity standard and achieve profitability goals.
• Manage multiple priorities and make sure each project is completed on time and within company guidelines.
• Maintain guidelines and procedures set by customers. Verify all shipping procedures and instructions are followed to prevent charge backs or late shipments.
• Ability to understand and execute all requirements of Vendor Compliance for Major Department Stores and Discounters, such as, Macy’s, Nordstrom, Dillard’s, Wal-Mart, Target Stores, Belk, TJX , Marshall’s, Walgreens, Joanna, Amazon etc.

Must have min 5+ years of verified employment in a similar position within a 3Pl. Resumes and interview will be required.

Must have MHE certifications.
