Job Description

The role:

The Restaurant Manager will manage in all aspects of the restaurant; in particular, as related to sales, profit and the development of people. Assists in scheduling and training new employees. We are seeking individuals with prior experience as a Bar/Lounge Assistant Manager in a high volume, high end establishment. Prior experience in various capacities in all positions in a bar/lounge preferred.

Knowledge, skills & abilities

  • Knowledge of food and beverage as well as accounting and administration tasks
  • Proficiency in all aspects of bar/lounge service
  • Strong knowledge of wine/beverage programs
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong leadership skills and communication skills
  • Possess a proven track record for guest satisfaction
