The Role of the Coffee Bar Restaurant Manager

The Coffee Bar Restaurant Manager plans, organizes and directs the work of employees and is visible in the operation, providing recognition, promoting good public relations and handling complaints, concerns or special requests for guests. The Coffee Bar Restaurant Manager controls labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions and inventory control, and works closely with the Director of Food & Beverage, Culinary management team, and restaurant partner Greg Vernick ensuring excellent product quality.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

We are seeking an individual who has current experience in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel restaurant.

The qualified candidate will possess a passion for flawless service, the ability to interact and connect with guests, strong food and beverage knowledge and keen business acumen.

Qualified candidates must be able to demonstrate:

Solid communication, organization and leadership skills

Proficiency in Word and Excel and Point of Sales system

Strong interpersonal and team player skills

Highest level of integrity and work ethic

Miscellaneous

US work authorization is required unless candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location. Current Four Seasons managers may qualify for L-1 visa sponsorship.
