We are seeking a General Manager to join our Sorrento’s Italian joint family!

What you’ll do as a General Manager with the Sorrento’s family:

• Oversee product quality
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the establishment
• Evaluate performance of team members and provide actionable feedback
• Coordinate operations for the front and back of house
• Respond to and resolve guest complaints
• Generate detailed operation reports on a reoccurring basis
• Identify restaurant order needs for front and back of house (utensils, cleaning products, kitchen goods, etc.)
• Provide a strong support system and eclectic culture
• Curate schedules for team members and oversee shifts

What you’ll already have to be a successful addition to the Sorrento’s family:

• Ability to provide a warm and social atmosphere
• Proven people skills, strong leadership, and ability to motivate others
• Strong reporting skills with P&L reports and budgets
• Established experience in the hospitality field as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, or Hospitality Manager
• Commitment to a safe and clean workplace
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
