Job Description
Our Attraction Formula is what launches CFH beyond typical dining options; we are more than food. Join our team and stay for the culture. We are looking for an individual with the drive to grow with our expanding business. Immediate opening for an experienced and passionate General Manager to oversee day to day operations while adhering to company brand standards. Our General Managers need to be able to handle operations with passion, integrity, and knowledge all while embodying and promoting Love, Energy, and Food. The General Manager is responsible for inventory tracking and overseeing overall ordering across all departments. Should be upbeat and hardworking with the ability to handle a fast-paced environment. The expectation of the General Manager is to monitor the flow of business during peak hours and assist team members where needed. This is a full-time position; the individual should have a flexible schedule. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct weekly financials.
  • Maintaining a positive work environment for your team members and guests.
  • General food service standards and allergen awareness.
  • Conduct daily alignment meetings for the management team as well as team members.
  • Multitasking.
  • Must have the ability to lift at least 25 lbs. Working at Craft Food Halls No strict dress code
  • Train team members on company standards and practices.
  • An amiable personality and confidence interacting with people.
  • Understanding of kitchen operations and cooking techniques.
  • Knowledge of providing guests and personal service standards. This includes guest needs assessment, meeting company standards for service, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to read and understand financial reports while also teaching team members. Skills:
  • Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Creating an exceptional experience for allguests.
  • Manage Labor. Education & Experience:
  • Create schedules to ensure necessary coverage in all areas of the space allowing service to run seamlessly.
  • Eagerness for sharing ideas, asking questions, and providing feedback.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication.
  • Honesty,transparency,and trustworthiness. Physical Requirements:
  • Solicit feedback to understand the needs and wants of our guests.
  • Must have the ability to stand on your feet for extended periods of time.
  • Minimum 2 years management experience.
  • Ability to problem solve.
  • Accountability.
  • Basic Google Workplace and Microsoft knowledge. Attributes:
  • Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work.
  • Organization.
  • Some work for this position is partly performed in a kitchen and requires occasional trips to a walk-in refrigeration unit and walk-in freezer unit.
  • Ability to convey information effectively.
  • Ability to work as a part of a team.
  • Minimum 3 years hospitality experience. Knowledge:
  • Eagerness for listening to ideas, questions, and feedback.
