Restaurant Bartender/Server - The Tudor Arms Hotel, Food And Beverage

MRN, Ltd. is looking for a Restaurant Server for Tudor Arms Bar and Grill at the Doubletree by Hilton, The Tudor Arms Hotel - Food and Beverage in Cleveland, Ohio!

• Work diligently in a team environment, helping other coworkers when needed
• Ensure all MRN, Ltd. and Hilton standards and policies are consistently upheld
• Follow established safety, sanitation, and security procedures
• Communicate to the culinary team what is needed
• Maintain cleanliness of all restaurant, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc.
• Understand FOH/BOH Doubletree Breakfast and Tudor Event/Bar/Grill service standards and menus
• Complete orders, deliver food and drinks, and clear tables efficiently and in a timely manner
• Solve any guest issues promptly while maintaining a hospitable demeanor
• Receive and deliver room service orders efficiently and in a timely manner
• Clean, organize, restock, and maintain the bar, service areas, and guest areas
• Properly utilize POS System to complete transactions
• Assist in setting up and tearing and the Doubletree Breakfast Buffet
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and early mornings: 6:30AM Monday through Friday and 7:30AM Saturday and Sunday
• Ability to lift 25 pounds or less, maneuver up and down stairs with no difficulty, work in confined spaces for an extended time, and stand 95% of the scheduled shift
• 21 years of age or older for bartending

• A High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Related experience in a dynamic restaurant, event venue atmosphere, and/or basic bartender skills
