Minimum four years recent resource management or client services experience; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment

Project Management experience a plus.

Utilize Resource Management systems to generate and analyze reporting documents

Maintain Resource Management tools such as Scheduling systems, email folders, Teams, etc.

Manage staffing allocation while working with the engagement teams to determine appropriate staffing and profitability

Act as the day-to-day contact for managers and staff regarding general firm and resource topics

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Previous experience in a medical setting

High School diploma or equivalent

LA City Fire Card within 6 months of employment (PHGSH only)

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

High proficiency in the use of Microsoft business products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) including excellent data management and manipulation capabilities, preferred

Proficiency with PeopleSoft and OneStream, or experience with similar corporate management software, preferred

Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Collaboratively engages with Resource Management counterparts to encourage resource sharing across regions, groups, etc.

Strong conflict resolution skills, including the abilities to negotiate and influence others

Strong technical and analytical skills, including data management and manipulation capabilities

Own and manage various follow-ups/communications around scheduling accuracy, skills in database management, etc.

Strong interpersonal skills for working effectively with internal clients, management, and support teams including HR, IT, Learning, Recruiting, and others

Excellent organizational, time management, and written and verbal communication skills

2+ years of relevant work experience within professional services preferred (resource management or external client facing)

Partner with the resource management team to help support the RM process, including:

Ability to interact with all levels of management

Effective time management in order to meet daily metrics or team objectives

Excellent computer and internet skills including knowledge of MS-Office products such as Excel and Word.

Engage with senior management to understand a need for insight through data; independently structure and perform analysis to provide insight

Utilize skills and experience database to identify team members for proposals and awarded projects

2 + years of line management experience

Excellent computer and internet skills including knowledge of MS-Office products such as Excel and Word and Powerpoint

10+ years of Resource Planning experience in CRO preferred, would consider pharmaceutical field

Demonstrate good business acumen and understanding of clinical research fluid environment (appreciate and expect project/timeline/requirement changes)

Strong ability to manage and motivate direct reports, including leading a “virtual” team

Strong ability to successfully manage a full workload across multiple projects

Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Human Service field or the equivalent in education and experience required.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills required.

Acts as an advocate on behalf of patients/families in obtaining needed services and/or resources for which they are eligible.

Documents services provided in patient’s medical record and applicable databases.

Performs other duties as required or assigned.

FTE/Hours per pay period: .01 hrs/per week (per diem/temp);

Groceries and most ammendities are offered in Burley which is about 1 hour away.

$1,100 – one time RT travel allowance

$400 monthly housing allowance (4 disbursements)

$300 Member Expense Reimbursement (i.e. boots, PPE)

All allowances subject to applicable federal, state, and local taxes

5 years of experience leading teams within technical program management.

Build a scalable and growth-oriented Technical Program Management organization across multiple locations.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

15 years of experience in the software engineering, hardware engineering, or supply chain domains.

Experience with large scale, distributed infrastructure, in a public/private cloud context.

Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and manage talent and ideas to achieve a broader organizational goal.

What are best practices, or previous good examples during which women participated in WRM including resolving water conflicts or water management?

Education Qualifications of National Consultant:

Demonstrated experience in/excellent knowledge and understanding of Yemen country context, national key stakeholders are considered an asset.

Data collection as per the approved inception report & allocation of responsibilities as agreed with the International Consultant.

In-depth experience working in conflict-affected countries.
