You may be required to respond to emergency calls and situations; document and report care provided; and transport residents to various functions or locations. Familiarity and willingness to work with elderly population is essential for this role.Provide assistance with activities of daily living such as grooming, oral hygiene, bath/shower, hair, and maintaining resident apartmentsTransport residents within the community to other departments and/or functions.Document and report care provided and resident observationsObtain vital signs, heights, and weights.Requirements: A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our ResidentsUnder the age of 18 must provide proper schoolwork authorization (if applicable)Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in accordance with our company policy and state mandatesMinimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalentCompletes all state educational requirementsReceives and maintains First Aid certification and Heimlich Maneuver training, facilitated by the companySpectrum Retirement Communities, LLC and its affiliated companies are Equal Employment Opportunity employers.
