Assisted Living Manager (Lpn) - R21210

Job Information: Functions as the manager of our 36 bed assisted living neighborhood (ALF2). Provides daily leadership through the effective selection, orientation, training and daily work direction to staff (approximately 13 individuals) to promote the highest quality of care and services to our Residents. Assigns and monitors work duties and performance of staff. Ensures adequate staffing is maintained for all shifts. Participates in Resident interviews and admissions. Organizes and attends family conferences. Administers time and attendance system for employees.

Requirements:

• Able to take regular routine calls for staffing/Resident issues
• 2 years ALF nursing management experience preferred
• Functions in role of CMT distributing meds, if necessary
• Exceptional Resident assessment and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of disease processes
• Competent in MS Office and EMR use
• Licensed LPN in state of Missouri - and in good standing
