Do you a passion for customer service? Do you have experience as a customer service representative, call center representative, service coordinator, leisure sales representative, etc.? If so, then we may have the opportunity for you.

The Reservations Agent is responsible for assisting guests with the planning process for their visit by promoting all Nemacolin offerings. The individual in this position answers guest inquiries regarding various resort amenities, maintains knowledge of resort offerings and hours of operation, and coordinates guest activities with other departments in order to ensure an optimal experience. Additionally, Reservations Agents can qualify for a monthly incentive, based on eight personal performance criteria and their call scores. The monthly incentive opportunity increases with higher revenues and conversion rates. There are also team goals for additional incentive opportunities.

AGENTS CAN AVERAGE $14 - $25 PER HOUR WITH OUR COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION STRUCTURE.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Following phone conversation flow guidelines.
• Completing a variety of training programs, including experiencing the resort-like a guest: staying overnight, dining in the restaurants, experiencing spa treatments, and many other resort amenities.
• Answering incoming phone calls and assisting guests with any inquiries regarding resort offerings.
• Exhibiting Five-Star and Five-Diamond service standards.
• Processing gift card orders.
• Coordinating with other departments in order to ensure a Five-Star guest experience.
• Providing information about local features, such as shopping, dining, nightlife, or recreational destinations.
• Maintaining current knowledge of all resort offerings and hours of operation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must have the ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Candidate must have the ability to multi-task.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer experience required.
• Candidate must have the ability to speak English fluently.

• $1,000 Year-Round Referral Incentive - Receive a reward of $250.00 when you refer a new applicant who is hired and is employed for a minimum of 90 days! Receive a second reward of $250.00 when the referred associate continues their employment for a total of 6 months! Receive a third award of $500.00 when an associate continues their employment for 1 year!

• Seasonal Referral Incentive- Receive a reward of $100.00 when you refer a seasonal applicant who is hired and is employed for a minimum of 60 days!
