This remote role is not tightly linked to a physical location and provides flexibility in where, when and how you accomplish your work. Remote employees are expected to have a dedicated, quiet and distraction-free work space and an internet connection that’s sufficient for completing their job remotely.
Job Summary
Under direct supervision, the Servicing Support Representative Level I is responsible for assisting the Servicing teams with various support functions and projects across the organization. A general understanding of the customer segments and an understanding of how to handle common problems, while providing internal and external customers with unsurpassed service, is required.
Job Responsibilities
  • Process correspondence requests from various stakeholders
  • Manage indirect disputes and update trade lines via e-Oscar
  • Manage incoming and outbound calls
  • Manage dealer and insurance company collections; including protection product cancellations, recourse, and duty to refund processes
  • Determine military loan benefits/protections and monitor military accounts
  • Manage account updates and queue maintenance
  • Route and prepare documents for stakeholders
  • Research and resolve internal and external stakeholder issues/concerns

Experience Requirements
  • Typically requires less than 1 year of related experience.
  • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational skills to ensure customer service level agreements are maintained on a consistent basis.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to interact effectively with all stakeholders
  • Ability to accurately type 30-40 WPM
  • Ability to embrace and advocate change initiatives
Preferred
  • Knowledge of Daybreak or equivalent automated financial system

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
