What You Will Be Doing
As the VP of Engineering, you will lead our engineering team to create innovative and reliable products and services. You will be expected to lead initiatives, mentor team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and to a high standard. Additionally, you will be responsible for continuing to develop strategies and technologies to support our products and services.
What You Need for this Position
You Must Possess The Following Skills
We are looking for an experienced VP of Engineering who has a minimum of 10 years of experience in the biotechnology field.

• DataDog/Splunk
• React.js
• Scrum/Agile Development
• CKEditor
• Kubernetes/Terraform
• Java/Kotlin
• 8+ years leading a team in a life sciences company
• Cloud based solutions, specifically Azure

What's In It for You
This is a full-time position paying between $290,000 and $320,000 annually. You will also have access to a great benefits package including medical, vision, dental, 401k + 3% matching, vacation/PTO, and a generous yearly bonus of 30%.
