Possesses an intimate knowledge of how college golf and professional golf intersect

Strong writing and proofreading skills

Create and manage annual player communication strategy including calendar outlining activity by key dates, specific deliverables, objectives

Manage weekly entry process of player information into Player Relations CRM

Foster and expand a strong network of contacts in the industry to maximize knowledge of players

3-5 years of industry experience or management experience required

Manage finance trackers, budgets, and program reconciliations

4-6 years of relevant sponsorship and/or agency experience

Experience in event execution with a passion for and expertise in sports, entertainment, gaming, music and/or celebrity & lifestyle culture

Superior organization, interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)

Outstanding organizational and time management abilities

Tour Calendar Management and Scheduling

Oversee daily ticket management: Alcatraz, Muni, Getty, Observatory etc.

Assist with Payroll & Expense Management/Reporting

Adhere to and understand driving tour guidelines, drug testing requirements, Department of Motor Vehicles filings, and HR regulations

3+ years experience in an operational role in the travel industry

Application of superior prioritization and time-management skills

Support end-to-end live sports event planning, management, on-site execution, and post-program analysis

In time, lead and execute live events and event operations and the corresponding client communication and vendor management

Lead on-site execution of select program components, including staff training, vendor management, troubleshooting, and reporting

Assist in the development of program budgets and management of those budgets to achieve client needs and remain on targeted budget

Manage the creative and production briefing process

Bachelor's degree in tournament desk management, hospitality, event management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Plan, organize, manage, communicate and execute all aspects of APP events, such as registration management and tournament desk operations

Develop and manage desk operations and registration management budgets, monitor expenses, and seek cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tournaments simultaneously

Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in planning, execution, and budget management

Proficient in tournament management software and project management tools

Must have Tour Manager experience.
