Weed Man, the largest franchised, locally owned lawn care company in North America, is looking for the next great Remote Telephone Sales Representative to join our Springfield/Hartford team. Excellent part-time positions available, perfect for student, retiree, or professional salespeople looking for supplement income! A full-time opportunity is possible for the right candidate.

As a sales and marketing professional, you will be responsible to follow up on pre-qualified sales leads to close the sale. There is NO cold calling. With your positive attitude and professional sales experience, you will be booking sales for customers for spring and summer lawn care services as we enter peak selling season.

Weed Man is looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals who meet the following qualifications:

• Experience with basic computer programs
• Remote options are available
• Ability to work and thrive in a results-oriented team environment
• 1-2 years of selling experience is preferred
• Professional Appearance and Presentation
• Advanced problem-solving skills and proven time management
• High School Diploma or GED required 2-year degree or some college preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

EARN UP TO $30.00 per hour

Requires a friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communications skills

Hours: Monday - Thursday 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Saturday 9:30 am to 1:30 pm (Saturday shift is seasonal)
