Roles & Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and analysis of any identified issues to identify root cause and suggest potential solutions.
- Active coordination with other internal teams as required, including - IoT Engineering team, Sales and Business Development, After Market Services, etc. to ensure excellent end customer experience.
- Remote condition monitoring of assets including pumps, control valves, mechanical seals etc.
- Acts as primary contact for end customers, actively communicating noted issues and coordinating with them for resolution.
- Perform initial site baselining and setup in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
- Fair understanding of fluid control equipment including pumps, compressors, vacuum pumps, control valves and mechanical seals.
- Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese language is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to act as primary contact for end customers, as well as manage and work with internal departments.
Desired Skills:
- Certification in Vibration Analysis Cat-1 or above will be an added bonus.
- Prior experience in oil & gas, chemicals, water treatment or similar process industries is preferred.
