Global Security - Alarm Monitoring Center Specialist

Global Security (GS) protects the firm's employees and assets throughout the world. GS is responsible for developing security standards and procedures; ATM, branch and corporate building security; guard force management; alarm response; crisis management; pre-employment screening; fraud and employee investigations; and corporate aviation.
Job Responsibilities:

• Dispatch law enforcement or service vendors related to alarm system issue
• Manage inbound calls related to alarm system issues
• Respond to alarm signals to ensure the protection of lives and property in a timely manner

Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to perform independently and work within a team environment
• Ability to type 40 plus WPM
• Flexibility to work weekends and/or other shifts as needed
• Excellent computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
• Effectively read, write, and speak English

Available schedules:
First shift 6:30am to 3:00pm Thursday-Monday.
