Remote Medical Data Entry

You’ll enjoy…

Standard Hours – Monday-Friday between 8am-6pm Monday-Friday

A day in the role…

• Coordinating the transition for the request to go to the next party – Contracts Team who takes over from there
• Dropping the first bill on the account
• Installs and enrolls the applicable membership in the system
• Quality checks will be made and will audit and provide feedback to the team lead and manager and then will be shared with the coordinator
• Entering all member information into the enrollment and billing system to set-up the account structure to upload any enrollment docs
• Will set-up account structures manually

Call Center Experience| Data Entry | Computer Skills

Core Experience

• 1 + year data entry

Must be okay adhereing to strict schedule, quality and compliance metrics.
