We are looking for a Remote Care Specialist to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Provides training on Dental Monitoring to new affiliations and clinic teams, as needed
• Analyze and review daily reporting in Dental Monitoring for all notifications and all other digital platforms
• Participates in training sessions to expand Dental Monitoring and digital platform knowledge
• Debriefs with doctor and team on notifications requiring attention
• Primary liaison between Dental Monitoring and Smile Doctors, the patient, doctor, and team members in the clinic locations
• Triages all patient notifications through Dental Monitoring and all digital dashboards
• Communicates with patients through Dental Monitoring and all digital dashboards and/or phone/text regarding late scans, rejected scans/impressions, comfort visits, and all other dashboard notifications.
• Manages clinical protocols with assigned Dental Monitoring support doctor
• Communicates with clinic teams regarding Dental Monitoring updates and/or changes
• Provides support to clinic teams for merging Dental Monitoring dashboards
• Receive patient calls, when needed, for troubleshooting/technical support and all other clinical related needs

What You’ll Need

• One year of clinical orthodontic or dental experience, required
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• One year of technical support experience preferred, but not required
