Union Role
$26.00 - $28.00 /hr
Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information
Maintain client and member confi
Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
Help to train new employees and inform them about the company’s customer management policies
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
Strong communication, both written and verbal
Great active listening skills
Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
Patience, empathy and professionalism
Effective time management, prioritization and multitasking skills
Adaptability and flexibility
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
Basic computer skills, including data entry, website navigation and other software
Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within a Third Party Adminstrator
Ability to speak multiple languages,
