Job Description


A privately owned brand enhancement agency based in Venice, CA is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the company president. This is a remote role with flexible hours and your primary responsibility will be to organize data into a system.


The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience as an assistant in the entertainment industry and should be a quick learner with strong Excel skills. If you have a street-smart personality, can work independently and you are comfortable working with high-level individuals then this is a unique opportunity for you to get on the inside of a cool industry.


Pay Range: $31,200 - $36,400 DOE


Responsibilities


  • Write emails to executives or assistants
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Coordinate meetings for clients when they come into town
  • Enter data such as contact information, emails, photos, etc. into a system
  • Create order out of chaos and follow up on schedules
  • Send invitations to clients for events and resorts
  • Organize data in Excel spreadsheets


Requirements

  • Entertainment industry experience is preferred
