Job Description
We are looking for a responsible, organized, and efficient individual to help keep our rehabilitation department running smoothly at Aurora on France in Edina. Aurora on France provides a continuum of care featuring a 63-bed Transitional Care Unit, 87 Assisted Living beds and Care Suites, and a 37 unit Memory Care. The rehabilitation department overlooks beautiful Lake Cornelia and will feature state of the art equipment.


The ideal candidate for this Rehab Admin role will be administratively strong and have excellent customer service skills. Assisting the Rehab Director with administrative tasks constitutes approximately 80% of the job responsibilities.


Responsibilities for this role include:


  • Cleaning equipment as required
  • Other related duties within the Rehabilitation Department
  • Transporting patients, if needed
  • Assisting Rehab Director with administrative tasks
  • Assisting therapists in different capacities during treatment
