This Position will be onsite at Lino Lakes, MN The Operations Admin Assistant at Molin supports the accounting team in executing the important behind-the-scenes administrative functions that keep the venue functioning efficiently. As an Operations Admin Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented team and make a meaningful impact on our company. Apply TODAY! Essential Job Duties: Receive all incoming products and validate it is in good condition. Match quantities and description on packing slips with all details on purchase orders. ? Keep records of damaged goods received. ? Assist with return shipments of incorrect purchases or damaged goods. Complete daily receiving entries in purchasing system and upload packing slip in electronic online repository. Maintain documentation as needed. For example, SDS sheets to Safety department and Mill Certifications to Quality Control. Manage inventory levels for standard parts in receiving area and enter requisitions as needed. ? Set-up dispatch paperwork for shipment of finished goods to jobsites. Print all load lists, along with additional sets of shop drawings. Resolve and research issues with vendors. Process Supplier Invoices ? Receive supplier invoices via mail or electronic copies. ? Verify Receipts and Services are completed. ? Document the receipt of invoices in the purchasing system. Perform routine housekeeping to keep the receiving area clean, organized, and safe. Run and distribute reports as requested. ? Expense report processing. Data entry as needed by the business. Additional duties as assigned by the Supply Chain Manager.
