Job Role: Senior Compliance Regulatory Analyst

SUPPORT MEDICARE AND MEDICAID LINE OF BUSINESS

COMPLIANCE IN HEALTHCARE


  • Development of corrective action plan. Development of corrective action plan, monitoring and reporting Department of Health for Medicare and CMS for Medicaid
  • System compliance monitoring enrollment.
  • Lot of different communication reviewing the communication before it is released to the public if they comply with Federal and State guidelines.
  • Monitoring enrollment in Medicare and Medicaid
  • Works in conducting compliance incident management.
  • Ranging from review and analysis of policies and procedures
  • Reviewing communication from Federal and State
  • Assist with monthly reporting, standard metrics they report on
  • Development policies and procedures for Medicaid and Medicare
  • Enrollment, claims, utilization management, credentialing
  • Compliance in the Pharma world will work. (Do not send anyone from banking compliance)
