Job Description

The Registered Nurse Director for PACE is responsible for overseeing all clinical operations within the center. This role requires a strong leader with extensive experience in geriatric care and a proven track record of success in managing staff, budgets, and patient care.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of care.
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for all clinical operations within the PACE Center.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and regulatory agencies.
  • Oversee patient care and quality outcomes, ensuring that patients receive high-quality, person-centered care and support best practice Quality measures for the PACE department.
  • Collaborate with other members of the leadership team to develop and implement policies and procedures that support the overall mission and goals of the organization.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of healthcare professionals, working in a Dyad model with Physician Leadership.
  • Ensure competencies for the Nursing Team are met.
  • Manage the budget for clinical operations, ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately to support the delivery of high-quality care.
Required Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated success in managing budgets and financial resources.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards of care in the healthcare industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting, preferably in geriatric care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field, with a current RN license.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare technology platforms (EPIC preferred).
  • Strong understanding of clinical operations and best practices for delivering high-quality care.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Certification in geriatric nursing or a related specialty.
  • Master's degree in nursing or a related field.
  • Experience working with PACE programs or similar models of care for older adults.
Compensation
  • Range: $ 157,447.00 - 199,124.00/annual
This amount is not necessarily reflective of actual compensation that may be earned, nor a promise of any specific pay for any specific employee, which is always dependent on actual experience, education and other factors.
