Job Title: Registered Nurse Clinic RN
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse Clinic RN to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse Clinic RN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to patients in our clinic setting. You will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered to our patients. Your role will involve assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and educating patients on disease management and prevention. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering personalized patient care.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Ensuring patient records and charts are accurately maintained and updated
- Participating in quality improvement activities and initiatives
- Educating patients and family members on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventative measures
- Assisting in the triage process and providing initial nursing assessment
- Responding to patient emergencies and providing appropriate interventions
- Assessing patients' health conditions and developing individualized care plans
- Adhering to infection control protocols and maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Administering medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest nursing research, techniques, and advancements
- Monitoring patient vital signs and documenting observations accurately
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and provide medical interventions
Qualifications and Skills:
- Positive attitude, empathy, and a strong commitment to patient care
- Excellent knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient computer skills, including electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent preferred
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse (preference for clinic or ambulatory care experience)
