Regional Vice President of Performance - Cyber Security

  • 1+ year of Team lead/Director/B2B Software Sales Coaching Experience

COMPENSATION:

  • Salary: $135,000 - $150,000
  • 401K Match
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Remote/Hybrid Work - Must live around Seattle, WA
  • Full Coverage - Medical, Dental & Vision
  • 1st Year Total Earnings Range: $195,000 - $225,000

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver Regular on-going Performance; Enablement Programs to Sales Teams
  • Shadow Individual Contributors to Identify Performance and Enablement Programs
  • Perform Regular Skills Gaps Analysis to Identify Needs
  • Mentor/Coaching of Individual Contributors
  • Review, Monitor, and Update the Efficacy of Learning Resources
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment Team to Identify Key Markers of Successful Sales Attributes
  • Set Up Sales Team for Success, From Prospecting Through to the Customer Lifecycle
  • Provide Leadership, Creativity, and Innovation to Help Sales Professionals Succeed.
  • Assistance in Annual SKO (Sales Kick-Off)
  • Produce, Enhance, and Facilitate Virtual & In-Person Onboarding Programs and Post-Onboarding Initiatives & Trainings
  • Highly Responsive to The Needs of Global Revenue Organization Globally and In Your Region
  • Work Closely with VP of Sales to Identify Performance Improvement & Enablement Strategies


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ year of Team lead/Director/B2B Software Sales Coaching Experience
  • Passionate about Cyber Security Sales
  • 2+ years of Selling B2B Software
  • Ambitious Mindset
  • Bachelor's Degree
