RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver Regular on-going Performance; Enablement Programs to Sales Teams
- Shadow Individual Contributors to Identify Performance and Enablement Programs
- Perform Regular Skills Gaps Analysis to Identify Needs
- Mentor/Coaching of Individual Contributors
- Review, Monitor, and Update the Efficacy of Learning Resources
- Collaborate with the Recruitment Team to Identify Key Markers of Successful Sales Attributes
- Set Up Sales Team for Success, From Prospecting Through to the Customer Lifecycle
- Provide Leadership, Creativity, and Innovation to Help Sales Professionals Succeed.
- Assistance in Annual SKO (Sales Kick-Off)
- Produce, Enhance, and Facilitate Virtual & In-Person Onboarding Programs and Post-Onboarding Initiatives & Trainings
- Highly Responsive to The Needs of Global Revenue Organization Globally and In Your Region
- Work Closely with VP of Sales to Identify Performance Improvement & Enablement Strategies
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ year of Team lead/Director/B2B Software Sales Coaching Experience
- Passionate about Cyber Security Sales
- 2+ years of Selling B2B Software
