Join our growing team and play a key role in optimizing and delivering top-notch supply chain activities for our plants, warehouses, and products in the region.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including commercial, manufacturing, logistics, 3rd party suppliers, and more, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Implement actionable plans to optimize material sourcing, production planning, product movements, inventory, logistics, and customer fulfillment.
Lead the S&OP process for assigned plants and warehouses, with a focus on short to long-term planning and execution of business objectives.
Drive performance metrics aligned with business goals, ensuring capacity utilization, working capital, schedule attainment, and service levels are met.
Proactively identify and address production challenges, working closely with key stakeholders to find effective solutions.
Champion continuous improvement efforts to optimize business processes and overcome constraints hindering further growth.
Act as the planning liaison with the commercial team, developing supply chain and logistics solutions to meet customer and business needs.
Collaborate with procurement to optimize raw material supply and processes.
Provide support for New Product Development and pre-trial activities in coordination with the commercial and technical teams.
Ensure proper maintenance of master data for materials in various systems.
Oversee production planning and scheduling to achieve inventory goals, lead times, quality, and cost objectives.
What You'll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, mathematics, finance, industrial Engineering, science, or a related analytical field.
8-10 years of solid operations, supply chain, and manufacturing experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work on cross-functional teams.
Prior supervisory experience, mentoring and guiding a team of direct reports.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Experience with major ERP platforms, particularly in planning and scheduling functionality.
Ability to extract and manipulate data from SAP and other databases or ERP systems.
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Knowledge of general accounting, production assembly procedures, material and capacity planning, and product bill of material procedures.
What Could Set You Apart
Experience in demand planning or the chemical industry.
Master's degree in business, mathematics, finance, engineering, science, or a related analytical field.
Familiarity with Power BI and visual basic code for automating Microsoft Excel functionality.
ASCM/APICS Certification and/or Training.
