Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a Manufacturer in Kansas who is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate has a proven background in Plant Leadership and possesses strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a large employee base. In this role, utilizing KPIs to drive business results and a strong understanding of Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing is imperative.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing teams, to include: Material Planning, Master Scheduling, Warehouse Logistics, Inventory Reduction/Control, and overall Parts Movement and Material Flow
  • Provide inventory reduction strategies in partnership with Plant leadership
  • Ensure KPIs are met within each layer of responsibility
  • Other duties as required
  • Implement Continuous Improvement activities in relation to Supply Chain operations


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing Supply Chain operations within a Manufacturing environment
  • High proficiency with Excel
  • Experience with ERP implementation highly preferred
  • High-level problem solving abilities
  • Adept at managing competing priorities effectively
