For further growth and success INTRAVIS is looking for a Regional Sales Manager – West Coast. You will have the opportunity to work in an international environment selling state-of-the-art vision inspection systems “Made in Germany” to the plastic packaging industry throughout the assigned territory (Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas).

This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic and assertive salesperson with a good technical understanding and ideally a proven track record selling capital equipment. It could also be a fantastic chance for an Application Engineer or Sales Engineer to transition into a sales role. The position will report to the Director of Sales & Marketing and work hybrid from home and the office in Norcross, GA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participating in customer-related events, such as trade shows
  • Tracking of activities and maintaining the ERP System
  • Acquiring new customers and maintaining the existing client base
  • Creating, managing, and tracking proposals/quotes
  • Identifying customer potential, investment projects, and trends


Candidate Profile

  • Solid computer skills are a must
  • Experience selling capital equipment (ideally vision inspection systems) or first experience in a technical sales support role such as Application Engineer or Sales Engineer and ready to step into a Regional Sales Manager role
  • A strong consultative sales approach
  • Willing to travel domestically and internationally as necessary
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or Engineering field, or equivalent professional experience
  • An established network in the plastic packaging industry is a plus but not required
