This is an exciting role for a true leader with experience managing teams and multiple showrooms/retail stores. The Regional Manager will run multiple locations throughout Southern California (LA), from operations and client engagement to team management and performance. This role directs all aspects of the showrooms and will work with the brand’s creative team to continue the long-term strategic direction for the brand. This leader will be a critical-thinking problem solver, motivator, organized individual, and strong communicator.

Key Responsibilities

Showroom Management & Operations

• Ensuring all showrooms meet the brand’s design standards at all times
• Overseeing 3 showrooms in the area

Client & Account Management

• Strategic partnerships and strengthening relationships in the market

Team Management

• Motivating and leading the current team
• Hiring, training, and ensuring the showrooms are fully staffed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications: working knowledge of CRM systems
• Ability to take charge, drive for results and make sound decisions quickly
• 5+ years of experience managing multiple showrooms/retail stores
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multi-task, and thrive in a busy and dynamic environment
• Self-motivated team leader with excellent coaching and communication skills
• Experienced with managing and leading teams (10+ staff members)
• Ability to travel throughout Los Angeles and Orange County area to the different showrooms
• Experience with successfully leading and developing teams with multiple focuses; a plus if leading design and sales teams
• Kitchen and Bath/Architecture & Design background/exposure a plus
• Experience with kitchen cabinetry design – for mentoring design team members
• Ability to negotiate, close deals, and partner with team members to gain business
• Fearless, sales-centric approach to business and client relationships
• Ability to inspire trust, integrity, and professionalism
• Innovative and strategic thinking
• Fearless leader of people, adept at communicating meaningful and actionable feedback

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual Base Salary + Bonus Structure + Car Allowance + Phone Allowance + Full Benefits Package
