This Regional Manager opportunity is with the largest franchise group in the Mayweather and Boxing + Fitness family. This group holds location rights to 36 studios in California and across the country. They are positioned for major growth and are seeking a strategic multi-unit operator to grow the business with them!


About the job:


The Regional Manager (RM) will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence of the Mayweather Boxing + Fitness product at the Studio locations within designated cities. The RM will oversee and provide leadership and daily direction to the Studio Management team and will work directly with them to reinforce sales, operations, and fitness product performance. The RM will be directly responsible for overseeing the hiring, training, and development of all studio staff, including Studio Managers, Sales Associates, Head Instructors, and Group Fitness Instructors.


The RM will work together with the Studio Managers to lead the studio sales functions and work together with them and the Head Instructors to execute lead generation and marketing strategy plans to increase sales and promote the healthy growth of the facility. This leader must possess and apply a high-caliber approach to sales coaching and staff development.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Provide effective decision-making regarding customer service issues.
  • Support Studio Managers to properly manage and exceed all sales goals.
  • Enforce corporate policies, business practices, systems, and processes.
  • Oversee and support studio management, sales, and fitness teams to exceed all active member count, new membership sales, KPI production, and Revenue goals.
  • Submit a monthly schedule of visits and training prior to the first of the month
  • Take responsibility for studio leader evaluation and staff performance reviews, along with overseeing these processes for frontline team members.
  • Develop a high-energy and high-performing culture through the expression of gratitude, rewards/contests, and recognition.
  • Assist Studios to build and maintain class size through scheduling optimization.
  • Plan and promote special events for the studio on a monthly basis, using the MBF SMART plan and tools for effective outreach and community involvement.
  • Oversee the sales process and systems with all staff. Lead and coordinate initial and ongoing sales drivers (studio events, outreach)
  • Send weekly summary reports of Regional Management Productivity and studio visit plans to the owner.
  • Work with the Owner to establish annual and monthly revenue and sales goals, assess performance, and reset monthly targets to exceed growth plans.
  • Train and mentor employees for ongoing success and future growth
  • Support operations and success of open studios or presales sites, which may include personal sales and production contributions, as needed.
  • Manage, monitor, coach/develop and evaluate the performance of the management team and frontline team.
  • Take responsibility for ensuring that the facilities are clean, maintained, and operationally sound.
  • Direct sales through outreach programs
  • Manage disciplinary actions involving all studio employees with the assistance of the Owner and/or Human Resources support.
  • Monitor all studio staff's recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Ensure studios stay aligned with Mayweather Boxing + Fitness brand standards through consistency and continuity in all actions.
  • Take responsibility for meeting performance metrics (KPIs), revenue, ordering, inventory, payroll, cost controls, and facilities maintenance.


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • The ideal candidate must meet all qualifications to meet and exceed essential duties as listed above
  • Must have Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and general computer expertise.
  • Fitness industry experience required, with experience in an open studio and presale environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years of previous management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience


About You:


As the Regional Manager, you must demonstrate knowledge of a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods for the development and management of major administrative programs, demonstrate analytical ability, and have strong sales and leadership skills.

TRAVEL


This position requires traveling between studios located in your region. Any required travel should be in the local area and within the regular business day.


15% or less, if needed, outside the area for franchise-required training or periodic support within the franchise ownership group’s locations.


Reports to: Owner


Pay Structure: $70k- $80k annual base Pay + 25% variable bonus compensation with equity available over a 4-year vesting period.
