Job Description
Job Details:


Regional Facilities Manager needed at an industry leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials.

Successful candidates will require:


  • 5 years+ with multiple warehouses or retail locations experience.
  • Ensuring appropriate staffing levels and leadership.
  • Travel to companies other domestics and international locations.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Leadership of facilities staff, including annual performance review.
  • Managing multi-disciplinary teams of facilities staff.
  • Auditing of all building features, systems, landscaping and appearance.
  • Budget planning.
  • Experience with budgets of $5 million and up.
  • Inspection of buildings, sites and equipment for needed repair and maintenance work.
  • Overseeing the implementation of continuous improvement plans and other facilities related projects and initiatives.
  • Developing Facilities Managers and staff across multi-building locations.
  • CMMS experience.
