CircleLink Health is seeking a Senior Operations Leader to help us tackle the $600B problem of preventable chronic condition complications in America.
This role will report directly to the CEO and will help us fulfill spiking demand from a sales team that is repeatability generating customer contracts over $1M ARR each. We are looking for someone who has successfully led teams that scaled 1099 networks (e.g., gig workers) at technology-based companies.
The ideal candidate will have a mix of clinical, operational, management and analytical skills.

Requirements
Key Functions:
- Managing our remote enrollment team who compliantly onboard patients to our program
- Work with, and oversee interface with, Customer Success team regarding functions like clinic implementation hand-offs and expansion patient enrollments
- Ensuring our remote care coach nurses are efficiently and effectively engaging patients
- Managing our Operations Team which currently includes Learning and Development, Human Resources, and Support
- Opportunity to work on special projects such as business development, marketing, financial planning/strategy and product/data analysis
- Working with software/product team to build and maintain supply/demand matching algorithms plus other features to efficiently scale operations
- Growing our nationwide registered nurse network, including enhancing or rebuilding our scalable processes to recruit, orient and ensure quality care
- Initiative to act independently and create scalable processes where none exist
- Experience scaling tech-enabled 1099 networks
- 4+ years of management experience
- Executive level communication and analysis skills
- Ability to recruit and manage A players
- Passion for improving healthcare
