Responsibilities:

  • Using a variety of recruiting tools and techniques
  • Work with and source for new candidates
  • Source for positions in Supply Chain, Project Management, Help Desk, Healthcare, and Biotech
  • Perform reference checks
  • High call volume sourcing active and passive candidates
  • Present and negotiate candidate pay rates
  • Time management
  • Conduct phone screens to qualify candidates
  • Effectively utilize Boolean searches
  • Organized with the ability to multitask
  • Develop and manage candidate relationships


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Interest in the staffing industry
  • 3+ years experience working in customer service
