Job Description

BOS Medical is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to provide qualified per-diem clinical staff to facilities in urgent need and difficult areas to place.


If you have:

  • Flexible schedule
  • Previous working experience preferably as a Recruiting Specialist, but candidates with previous working experience in customer service are also welcome to apply.
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.


You will be:

  • Proactively attracting new candidates.
  • Facilitating the hiring process, which includes interviewing, screening candidates, and coaching candidates for client interviews.
  • Responsible for recruiting Medical Assistants (MA, CMA, CCMA, RMA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), or Registered Nurses (RN) to accommodate open schedules for daily, weekly, or monthly schedules at various client facilities.
