Recruiting Office Administrator

Impact Companies is looking for a dynamic Recruiting Office Administrator to join our amazing recruiting team!

Summary:

The individual in this role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Recruiting Department with tasks related, but not limited to - candidate communication, interview scheduling, issuing job-specific assessments, conducting reference checks, weekly report preparation, special projects, and other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• High-level of professionalism & ability to manage confidential information
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• 1+ year as an administrative assistant
• Great organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and highly personable/engaging

Helpful Skills: ( not required )

• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Job Boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.)
• Previous experience performing a support role within a recruiting department or staffing company
