We are looking for a confident individual with experience in recruitment for sales, operational, managerial and administrative positions. The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for the overall recruitment and growth of Gunner within the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut markets in the immediate future. Gunner will be expanding into Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Pennsylvania by Q1 of 2024 and the Recruiting Coordinator will play an integral role in our expansion efforts.

Gunner provides a paid 2 week training as part of our onboarding process!

Job Duties:

• Research and organize career fairs in designated state
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to source candidates
• Keep track of KPI’s to present to leadership month over month
• Attend company and team meetings
• Exceed hiring expectations and timelines
• Write, revise, re-post job descriptions/advertisements
• Act as the ‘line of defense’ in recruitment process to ensure a great culture and positional fit
• Onboard employees to ensure they’re ready for work day 1 employment
• Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring needs
• Utilize Workable (ATS)
• Work efficiently as a team member and solo

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in recruitment
• Outstanding communication, organizational and listening skills
