Job Description
THIS POSITION WILL BE ONSITE.
Acree is an award-winning home services company seeking to hire an onsite Recruiter/Entry Level HR for our growing recruiting department. Acree has been in business since 1967 (over 50 years!). We proudly service the Tampa community and the other counties: Pinellas, Pasco, some Polk, and Manatee.

About The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for relaying the right questions and evaluating candidates to determine if they would be an efficient addition to the Acree team. Besides asking the right questions, you must have a keen sense of observation to have a reliable and unbiased basis of discernment. In this Recruiting/Entry level HR position, you will enjoy being part of a team that truly supports one another.
Experience in High Volume Recruiting in Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Construction / Trades is helpful.
Essential Job Functions
Provide a SUPERB candidate experience at every touch point.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position profiles, hiring needs and recruiting strategies.
Review applications through applicant tracking software i.e. ICIMS and third-party resources i.e. Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, CareerBuilder, and ZipRecruiter
Conduct phone and in-person interviews
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule manager phone and onsite interviews.
Select qualified candidates and effectively make recommendations to management.
Assist with administrative HR tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Proficient PC and keyboarding skills with the ability type 40 wpm
Thrives in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
Balancing multiple projects with the ability to prioritize
Ability to achieve departmental goals.
Capability to work well within a team atmosphere as well as independently.
Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
Experience/ Education
2 years of experience in high-volume recruiting (skilled trades experience preferred).
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Compensation
Bachelors degree preferred, not required.
Starting at $22/HR, based on experience
