Recruiter, National Accounts
Internal Opportunity- Dawson
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Grandview, Ohio (flexible with hybrid schedules after training)
Base Salary + Monthly Commission (DOE)
The main responsibility and function of a National Accounts recruiter is to acquire and manage a
candidate database for select national account(s) to make high quality placements.
Candidate Acquisition
- Utilize a diverse set of candidate acquisition tools to attract and build a pipeline of talent for
select national account(s)
- Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in
relation to position requirements
- Virtual Interview –Review candidate career history, salary expectations, desired location(s),
- Perform prescreening activities to determine potential candidacy
availability, skills, education, certifications, etc.
- Serve as liaison between candidate and client to communicate all relevant details about
- Complete candidate checks including items such as employment references, education verification, drug screen, & assessment testing (if appropriate)

Candidate Placement
- Communicate all relevant details about the job, company, interview, expectations, requirements, etc.
- Maintain an ongoing understanding of the active and passive needs of the division
- Submit fully screened and vetted candidates to VMS
Candidate Management
- Maintain ongoing communication with all candidates whether placed or not, active or passive
- Assist with any payroll or administrative issues that pertain directly to the employment of the
candidate by Dawson
- Uphold a candidate database that is accurate, relevant, and in line with the ongoing demands of the client
- Communicate termination notices and feedback provided from the client as warranted
Order Management
- Manage the entire life cycle of the order both in practice and through detailed documentation; initial entry, interviewing and candidate management, placement, client feedback, or
change requests and closing
- Ensure that every opened order is presented with the most complete level of detail available and is kept current at all times
- Submit fully screened and vetted candidates to VMS
Communication and Documentation
- Document all activities including, but not limited to information relevant to the
lifecycle of an order, client information, updates, counseling opportunities, etc.
- Maintain awareness of expectations, goals, and ongoing responsibilities as
a viable member of the team
