POSITION OVERVIEW:


This important position supports the growth and success of our firm's direct hire division. This awesome position makes valuable contributions to support full life-cycle recruiting; sourcing, interviewing, testing and referring applicants for human resources, finance, marketing, and medical administrative and management positions for Scion Staffing's clientele. This position requires a firm commitment to excellence, creative/outside of the box solutions to support innovative and effective talent recruitment.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


The essential functions of this role include, but are not limited to the following:


Candidate Recruitment, Retention and Placement


  • Assess candidate qualifications by thoroughly vetting candidate backgrounds, experience, hard and soft skills, etc.
  • Arrange candidate-client interviews by coordinating schedules and providing coaching/interview preparation with candidates.
  • Recruit qualified candidates for client's full time opportunities.
  • Work with a great team sourcing, interviewing and placing exceptional talent!
  • Leverage resources to recruit high-caliber candidates through online social network platforms, job boards, and other resources to build a strong sourcing pipeline and talent pool.
  • Connect with a diverse cross-section of candidates through phone screens and virtual interviews.
  • Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Maintain on-going communication after placements and resolve any client and/or candidate issues quickly and efficiently while maintaining confidentiality, sensitivity, and the highest level of customer service satisfaction.


Relationship Development


  • Participate in networking events to increase our firm’s presence in the local business community.
  • Participate in educational opportunities, workshops, and seminars to increase knowledge on current industry and hiring trends.
  • Help develop and grow a client base by promoting our services, expertise, and core values for direct hire staffing solutions when and wherever possible.
  • Conduct client intake meetings to assess viability of prospective job opportunities. Conduct thorough research on job requirements and qualifications, client work environments and their unique organization culture.


Administrative


  • Maintain email correspondence with clients, candidates, and internal staff through Outlook online.
  • Generate job descriptions to post through our ATS and various other online channels.
  • Utilize Bullhorn ATS extensively to ensure active candidate tracking, maintain candidate and client notes, and schedule appointments.
  • Create thorough written candidate presentations for client review.


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • 2+ years of prior recruiting experience with a track record of accomplishing success in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • In-depth knowledge or passion for learning current recruiting practices; prior exposure to human resources responsibilities including employment law, compensation structures, and benefits.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong intuition for culture fit while evaluating candidates.
  • A desire to be a part of a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive work environment!
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong desire to succeed; self-motivated and eager to take on new challenges!
  • Experience working with previous Applicant Tracking Systems, job boards and online networking resources.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively through verbal and written correspondence. Must be comfortable presenting in group settings and directly to any/all levels of an organization.
  • Team player mentality yet able to work independently and learn adaptively.


COMPENSATION:


This position offers a solid competitive base salary plus a very competitive commission/bonus structure and full paid benefits! We offer commissions on placement, quarterly and annual individual & team bonuses, your birthday off as a paid holiday every year, 2 weeks of PTO, 11 paid holidays, Paid Sick Leave, 100% covered individual health benefits, an 8:30AM - 5:00 PM workday (or alternate 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM workday schedule), an annual team retreat, as well as an incredibly supportive and egnaging team-based culture; we share candidates with one another and do not require our recruiters to engage a specific number of candidates per week- you are rewarded for your contributions!
